Cancellations

- •Once the order is processed or delivered, cancellation is not possible.
Refunds
- •Refunds are issued only for duplicate payments, failed transactions, or payment charged but service not delivered.
- •Refund requests must be raised within 2 days.
- •Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
